We’ve lived in Summerville for the past 7 yrs. We haven’t had too much luck with contractors at all especially our roof!!! We called Patriot Roofers out: 1). Quick response! 2). OMG on time! 3). Nick came out we showed him our issue. He went up checked where we might be getting the leak. 4). I asked for an estimate and Nick told me he could take care of it now. No charge!!!! 5). He sealed up the areas he thought might be where our problem is coming. 6). If I have any issues after don’t hesitate to call him again. We are extremely pleased with our experience with Patriot Roofing! Jason, one of the owners, inspected our storm damaged roof, and then sat down and explained very carefully what he saw and how Patriot Roofing could help us. He even called our insurance company, went over all the details with them, and helped us to file a claim. Jason was always available to answer any questions or concerns. On the day prior to installation of our new roof, the company that delivers roofing material left the materials on the sidewalk away from our home. The materials were too heavy for us to move closer to our home, so we contacted Jason. He immediately sent over Don, who was kind and pleasant and moved all the materials near our home to keep them protected. On the day of the roof installation, the Patriot Roofing crew arrived on time and expertly replaced our roof in an efficient manner with great respect for our property. After getting the run around from several roofing contractors we contacted Patriot Roofing. After hearing our story Jason came out to our house and went over all our options. Since we were under the gun he was able to squeeze us in the very next week. This is unheard of in this business and we appreciate everything they did for us. The install team did an excellent job and Don was on site from start to finish and went out of his way to get the satellite company out to reinstall our dish. We were scrambling to get our roof inspected for the sale of our house. We called. Patriot and they responded immediately. Nick came out right away and took care of the inspection and repairs. Got our new roof put in today by Patriot Roofing, and we couldn’t be happier. From first contact to finished new roof was less than a month. We worked directly with the owner, Jason Dores, who made the whole insurance claim process beyond easy. Not only was the process easy, but Jason explained everything that would happen answered all my questions (and I always ask a LOT of questions!)…he even predicted who our assigned adjuster would be. It is obvious that he is an expert in the industry. Spencer Babs helped with the HOA approval and city permitting, and Don Snodgrass was onsite all day supervising the crew, texting us pictures of the progress, and making sure our yard was perfectly cleaned up at the end of the project. Even my neighbors commented that they couldn’t believe how quickly they got it done. If you need a new roof, my husband and I highly recommend this veteran-owned business!

Jason and Nick were great to work with. When a different company quit responding Patriot Roofing stepped in and did a great job. They took care of everything and made it very easy. I 100% recommend these guys for your roofing needs.

These guys were referred to me by my neighbor. I knew my roof was worn and was getting worse, so I asked Patriot to come check it out. They came out within a day, did a thorough inspection and found evidence of hail damage. We called my insurance company on the spot and had an adjuster there within a couple days. My claim was approved and the guys at Patriot roofing took it from there. They dealt with the adjuster and the insurance company, they scheduled my roof replacement and the work took less than a day. I followed the whole process, checked their math (on the billing part) and I have to say, these guys are squared away 100%. Admittedly, I’m a pain in the a$$ and wanted to understand every facet of the process from the insurance claim and all of the nuances of that, to billing, installation, the whole process. They walked me through every step, patiently explaining every detail. In the end, I can say these guys are honest, they will make the process super easy for you, and they do great work. I would recommend them to anyone (and I already have – to another super happy customer).
